We only offer an exchange in case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item, and only if reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.

We dispatch products from Monday to Saturday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2-3 working days. Should there be a delay, you will be informed by the Customer care team. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured in India. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 1,499/- within India.
